FAQs about SportSound

Q1: What should you do if palovue sportsound cannot be found on the device?

1.Please tear off the stickers while unpackage the earbuds;

2. Please wipe the pins of the headphones and charging box with a dry tissue;
3. Please put the headphones back into the charging box and close the cover, and use the attached USB charging cable to charge for half an hour;
4. Then reset the headphone, and finally pair with the charging case opened.

Q2: How do troubleshoot if one of the wireless earphones is not working? (one wireless earbuds has no sound or one wireless earbud cannot be paired)

Q3: What is the right way to wear these personalized Bluetooth headphones?

1. Put the earbuds face down on your ears;
2. Rotate the earphone to a suitable position;
3. Put the ear hook behind the ear and adjust it to a comfortable position again. If the above text is not clear, you can browse the wearing video to wear it.

Q4: What should you do if cannot charge the Bluetooth Earbuds?

1, Please tear off the anti-electric sticker and wipe the pins of the earphone and charging box with a dry paper towel;
2, Please put the headphones back into the charging box and short-press the triangle button on the charging box to check the power level of the charging box;
3, After checking that the charging box has power, please put the headphones in the charging box and close the lid to charge.

After the charging box is opened, you can see that the charging box indicator flashes one light, or when you short press the triangle button on the charging box and only one light is displayed, it means that the charging box is out of power. You need to use the USB charging cable to charge the charging box first. 

The charging case LED will indicate the charging status:
· Charging: Solid red light on case.
· Fully charged: Solid green light on case.

 

Q5: How can you check the battery level of the headset and the charging box?
