About these terms

These terms apply to this website and purchases made directly with Palovue. Your mandatory consumer rights remain in force, including rights that cannot be limited by a contract.

Models and compatibility

Check the selected model, connector and device compatibility before ordering. The product description and selected variant form part of your order. Colours can look different on different screens.

Prices and payment

Prices use the currency shown for your shopping country. Checkout shows the amount charged by us, including delivery and any taxes we collect, before you submit payment.

Import charges may be assessed by customs authorities or carriers where applicable. We do not describe an order as duty-paid unless this is expressly stated. See the shipping policy for delivery information.

Your order

Review your items, delivery address and total before paying. Order confirmation records the details of your purchase. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled items.

For a cancellation or address correction, contact support promptly with your order number. Changes may be impossible after dispatch; your statutory cancellation and return rights are unaffected.

Delivery and address changes

Available destinations, fees, free-shipping thresholds and estimated business-day delivery times are explained in our shipping policy. Contact us about a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Returns and warranty

New direct orders include 30-day change-of-mind returns and a one-year defect warranty from delivery, subject to the linked policies. These voluntary benefits do not shorten statutory rights, earlier-purchase commitments or any longer warranty already promised.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, misuse other people’s information or send harmful content. Product names, images and brand marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing here limits liability or a consumer remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Orders placed on Amazon

An Amazon link takes you to a separate marketplace. The seller identified on that listing and the applicable Amazon purchase terms govern that transaction. These direct-order terms do not replace them.

Questions and changes

Contact support@palovue.com about an order or these terms. The version applying to your purchase is the version provided when you ordered; later website updates do not remove rights or commitments attached to an earlier purchase.
